Here are a few of the top ways to feel more happier:

  1. Meditate  – Learn how to here  (At least 15 mins a day!)
  2. Get in your flow – find activities that consume you in a good way!
  3.   Practice empathy and gratitude
  4. Connect in person with a good friend – being apart of a community helps too! Interact with your neighbours
  5. Happy people are healthier
  6. Happy people embrace adversity

I personally get great happiness out of yoga, dancing, listening to great music  or a funny story, movie or book and lastly being in nature is all part of my feel good juice!
