- Meditate – Learn how to here (At least 15 mins a day!)
- Get in your flow – find activities that consume you in a good way!
- Practice empathy and gratitude
- Connect in person with a good friend – being apart of a community helps too! Interact with your neighbours
- Happy people are healthier
- Happy people embrace adversity
I personally get great happiness out of yoga, dancing, listening to great music or a funny story, movie or book and lastly being in nature is all part of my feel good juice!
