Lacey Lucidity switched careers on her 30th birthday from her day job with the Federal Government to being a full time professional juggler and workshop leader. Now her mission is to inspire happiness. She is here to remind you that “Fun” is an important component of happiness that tends overlooked and how you can learn to value and prioritize fun while still accomplishing you goals!
Lacey has a passion for relaxation (and juggling!) and believes that to thrive means to ensure both health AND happiness are at the top of your priority list.
There was a time when Lacey was just too busy to stay in good health. She suffered panic attacks, ate a fast food diet and lived with constant anxiety.
She felt caught between a desire to work hard and live up to her potential, and the desire to let go and actually relax and enjoy her life.
Luckily for her, she discovered juggling and meditation both brought a sense of accomplishment and joy unlike anything she had ever felt.
On her 30th birthday, she decided to take the leap and dedicate her life to seeking a health, happiness and balance by performing and teaching juggling workshops as her full time career.
Tell us about your business
Lacey is a Canadian juggler who lives between Toronto and Montreal and has travelled as far as Dubai to offer her unique act.
Before juggling, she studied business management, and worked in administration. She has combined her knowledge of both worlds to create an organization that offers corporate team building workshops that focus on fun, relaxation and developing a new skill: juggling!
Learning to juggle is possible at almost any age or fitness level, and has been proven to have positive effects on the brain.
Lacey hopes to inspire happiness, relaxation and a sense of balance in our lives by teaching, performing, and sharing her stories about the lessons she’s learned from the art of juggling.
