Chelsie has held a wide breadth of roles at TELUS over the last 9 years. She currently leads the a new Campaign Intelligence team on the Small Business Marketing team. She is a member of Connections, the TELUS Women’s Network and mentors team members who are just starting their careers at TELUS. In 2011, Chelsie was recognized as Community Champion at TELUS, an award presented to a female leader who has had a significant impact on her community. She was most recently named a recipient of the Victoria University Emerging Leader Award. Chelsie is an avid supporter of Habitat for Humanity GTA and Global Village. She organizes annual fundraising and builds for women at TELUS to participate in, and has traveled internationally to Sri Lanka, Mozambique, and Jordan for building projects. Chelsie has integrated community service into her work “routine” and leadership brand. She believes that ingredients to strong leadership, including perspective, empathy, and diversity of thought can be gained through community service.

What advice would you give conference attendees?
