My business is signature cocktail development and lifestyle/entertaining Guru’ism..yup it’s a word..;) My business is basically me, I sell myself, my product is my knowledge, cocktails and brand.
2. Other than being an entrepreneur, who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I am a shoe loving mom of 4 who stalks George Clooney in her spare time. I love Red Wine and trashy television.
I moved for love & my job could not follow me. I was blessed not to have to go back to work right away, thanks to my husband, so I wrote a book. And the rest is history, literally…I am rarely sober don’t remember much. It all happened totally unexpectedly so I hold on to every moment and suck every last ounce of fabulousness out of it.
4. How do you overcome challenges and obstacles in your business?
I am stubborn and I know what I am capable of. Believing in yourself and what you do 100% is key. That is when the obstacles turn into opportunities.
5. What are your greatest strengths as an entrepreneur?
Being totally confident in what I do and the value of me. I think realizing and honouring your value is really hard for people. Acknowledging your really good at what you do, is not arrogance, it’s acceptance. You need to "Own it" in order to succeed.
