Each season, we offer an urban retreat where women can re-connect with themselves and the beauty of the season. This Fall’s retreat will include seasonal wellness tips from Naturopath, Caroline Meyer and a blissful restorative yoga practice with Adrienne Enns Edgar. The evening will also include delicious seasonal treats and a guided meditation. It’s a beautiful opportunity to nourish your body, mind and spirit.
